I'm starting to believe that most of these posts are just people trolling in hopes that someone dumb enough will think that it is legit and do something that will get them arrested.

The ones running it are scammers that charge people for books and magical forms and fake license plates and ids and the like. The rest are just suckers.

I grew up in Northeast Texas. I don't know this dude but knowing a lot of people there I can confidently say there are definitely people there who believe it. It's the same people who think you can't be arrested if you commit the same crime twice due to a bad reading of "double jeopardy".
