I can't speak on what's going on in Germany but "Isn'treal" is about Israel being a European settler-colonial state and "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" just means that the nation of Palestine should be free from the colonial boot it has been crushed under since the start of the Nakba. Dissolution of a regime does not necessitate destruction of its citizenry
