used to be my favourite show, but after a recent rewatch i couldn't stomach the sinophobic lib vibes kind of hinted in season 1, but going all out in 2, 3, 4. additionally I'm very tired of the queer villain trope and things like (season 2 spoilers)

the other trans character (even fucking named "hot Carla") was used for the grand purpose of being a hint for the setting of the season & for cis people to feel smart once they figure it out. that character has 0 purpose other than that
