The financial losses from boycotted companies were huge though.
McD is even buying all the israel shops to prevent then from supporting the IDF again
exactly 😠i had to block a few users who kept trolling and being insulting because they rejected all the evidence and news where BDS did good
that said, i think i would still be pro-BDS even if it were totally economically ineffectual, simply because i support all forms of non-violent protest that encourage socio-cultural awareness of corporate complicity in genocide and apartheid. the fact that it does have positive economic outcomes is simply a really cool bonus to the movement.
