Next time you're in that situation, try kneeling on one knee and leaning forward and a little to the side.
Let's you get enough of a downward angle to hit the back of the bowl instead of like, the wall at eye height.
Still a little bending needed, but not enough to hurt, just silly feeling.
You gotta get one knee on the ground, and get your other foot up on the sink.
You're complicating it too much man, you just gotta do a hand stand and it'll all work itself out lol
