Ye, chapter 4 has a fantastic atmosphere n stuff, but it's infamous for all it's backtracking

I always liked Chapter 4, tbh. The backtracking wasn't that bad, and I felt it was good for the atmosphere.

Oh yeah! Overall I still like it (I like the whole game tbf), I just think maybe if they kept it to 2 trips to the steeple instead of 3 it would be less grating. It's that 3rd trip that's a bit much.

Wait why are there three trips, it's two fights against Doopliss, and then was finding the letter a third trip to the steeple?

  1. From town to steeple

  2. From steeple to town

  3. From town to steeple again (to find letter)

  4. Steeple to (almost) town (to confront Doopliss with letter)
