Dick Cheney pillaged Iraq and Afghanistan for personal gain and is a strong contender for one is the most evil people to hold the office

He also shot some dude in the face.

True but also you forgot the funny part where Dick Cheney was such an asshole he somehow got the guy he shot in the face to apologize to him.
