It's stainless steel, so steel wool, barkeepers friend, and 5 minutes of scrubbing from the owners day-laborer gardner is going to clean that off. If you want to permanently etch stainless steel you're going to need acid gloves, a Mason jar of Hydrochloric acid, and a Tampico fiber acid brush. :)

Yeah, wouldn't it have been more effective to write it in Vaseline so that the "FUCK YOU" part is the only section that doesn't rust in the rain (EDIT: and/or mist from a spray bottle filled with pickle brine)?
