She wasn't homeless while she was living there.

She is now, though.

That's one of the most inhumane things about America.

There are so many abandoned homes and unused spaces like these. If people just acted out of compassion no one will be homeless.

She was living there not bothering anyone.

Even if the store owner allows her to stay there, it's Still illegal to reside in a commercial property.

Because reaal estate billionaires keep lobbying the government to maintain the status quo.
