I discovered today that my most played game on Steam is Astronner with about 500 hours, and my second most played is Surviving Mars with about 500 hours.

Kind of difficult since aside steam I have no clue on how many hours I have spent, especially for console games.

That aside, my most played game in steam is melvor idle with 1500 hours (it's an idle to be fair, kind of runescape but it's only a UI, you leave it open farming), then there is factorio at 700 and third risk of rain 2 at 400 hours (don't know if when I play with mods the time gets added or not).

That's about it.
