Just dropped off some supplies to one of the local student encampments in the area. Lots of people extending solidarity. The pro Israel side across the campus was much smaller, and just singing along to Matisyahu songs.
Lots of anti zionist sentiment in my area. If you're able to, definitely get out there for a while, or drop off some toiletries and other general use protest things!
I was like "there was a song I liked by Matisyahu in middle school, I haven't heard much about him since then" so I looked up some info about his views, I wish I hadn't ๐คข
I pretended to like him for a few months like 15 years ago.

Not really, not in particular at least. I actually liked a few of his songs.
In earnest, I have suffered a lot of narcissistic abuse in my life and basically lived my life trying to impress other people. This sometimes included pretending to have 'correct' subjective opinions. I don't live like this anymore.
