Summer Camp Island. Came out in 2018 for a single season before more seasons came into being. A bunch of anthro animal kids (main cast around 11-ish if I remember correctly) go to a summer camp on an island that turns out to be run by 3 witches.

In the later seasons, they start adding in more lore for the island, the inhabitants, and even a bit for the campers. Definitely a 180 from the likes of the shows you picked, but it's a recommendation.
