Already throwing a strawman at me, jeez.
Sorry that happened to you. Clearly you're very much affected by it. I'd encourage you to not let resentment warp your view of women or even other men, and find a good therapist you can talk to about it so you can move past it.
Ok, so then would you say that to her about this bear comment? I have a therapist. I have taken every step I can towards moving past my own personal issues. Thanks though.
Idk what she's going through but most of the same empathy, yeah.
I also know women face more creepy men, harassment, rape, and sexism throughout their lives than men face women falsely accusing rape. So I'm more understanding of her statement than your same energy reply
My point is incendiary comments don't need to be said. She clearly wanted to piss a bunch of people off. As someone who's gone through it with someone, I have never once felt the urge to make a comment like this. Btw, men can be victims, too. You may not care, but we do exist. Don't invalidate our experiences over some statistics like "Well it happens to woman more so I'll be more understanding when it comes to them" bullshit.
