I'm not sure any self-rspecting, Pith helmet-wesring, pro-Empire doggie would say "big ass" - "whopping" perhaps (as "large arsed" doesn't quite translate perfectly).
I would've gone for "absolute unit" myself, but this meme was clearly made by one of those tea-wasting traitors.
