when i first saw a headline yesterday about rescheduling it, i assumed it was a move to legalize federally and thought it was a cynical but "probably effective" move to appeal to the "youth" (under 50) vote and shore up support for Genocide Joe.
then i saw it was a discussion about moving it to class 3. blows vuvzela
anyway, looking shit up, it's INCREDIBLE how much the establishment still hates and fears LSD. federal laws for trafficking based on amount (i.e. if you have more than the amount listed, you are charged with trafficking and can be get up to 20 years in prison.

Yes, but hardly anyone actually has it in powder form, so I'm 99% sure law enforcement would be counting the weight of the paper blotter if they're hoping to screw someone over. They certainly have done that with cannabis - not just the nugs but any paraphernalia or full brownies will be put on the scale and they'll be charged with pounds of weed or whatever.
