sour cream on enchiladas, on any Mexican food, takes it to the next level of deliciousness

and there is lactose free sour sour cream too

I have so many of those tasty chillies I should be making lots of Mexican recipes

I went and got it and I got corn chips too to go with the salsa so it all worked out in the end.
