Anyone noticed that the texture of potato chips have gone funny? I feel like they are now thicker and it's like they aren't just potato slices being fried but had something else mixed in?

P.s. I'm still on the couch.

Which brand of potato chips?

I’ve heard some talk of kettle chips being super expensive and if lower quality these days.
