This community isn't for gourmet meals or Michellin stars, it's for real recipes people actually use and love.

Also, no cuisine gatekeeping here, please. If you love pineapple and strawberries on pizza, or mushrooms and jellytots in carbonara, them you do you!

I thought it might be cool to see what different meals people have in the week and maybe provide some inspiration for others!

I'll do the ones I cook from memory as separate posts for ease of searching the community in the future!

That said, the tandoori grilled salmon was almost exactly this recipe, and the Kachumber salad, likewise.

And I've never done the West African beef stew before but will probably follow something like this recipe.
