and re art, read books, watch videos and visualise doing the art but mainly don't feel bad 🤗😘

Second this. It's ok if you aren't up to it (it takes so much energy at that early learning and making mistakes stage). It's ok to read, tinker, just touch your art supplies to stay connected and not do anymore than that until you can
