Fallouts always been one of those games that’s broken into the mainstream tho, I’d put it up there with COD and FIFA tbh…
This isn’t some sort of niche game that’s suddenly getting mainstream attention, if anything it’s always been a game for “casuals” (no offence intended, just can’t think of a better way to say it).
I’d say that the market being brought in is the one that Bethesda was aiming for since at least Fallout 4.
