I know they gave in and added NPCs and story quests, as well as a lot of expansions, but I haven't played it so I don't know if it's actually good.
If you are a huge Fallout fan, it's pretty fun. It's a bit of a mixed bag though. The story and quests aren't as cohesive as the other entries. In some ways it feels better than FO4 and in others it feels worse.
now when you say "fallout fan" do you mean NMA geezers, new vegas enjoyers, or todd howard fluffers?
