Yeah “being between the thighs of a muscular athlete” isn’t exactly the devastating analogy they were going for.
That being said, the caffeine content in coke is relatively low, how much is she drinking a day that she’s getting caffeine withdrawal headaches from abstaining?
Maybe the caffeine content used to be higher?
If this is true and if her headaches aren't placebo/based on a behavioral addiction then I'd say it's definitely the sugar that's causing it over the caffeine.
i assumed this was written when/where it still had cocaine in it
