That's not a feature, that's just annoyance when you want to binge watch series for longer than 1-2 hours.
And yet I can have the show turn off should I fall asleep to it. Turns out it's not a feature for YOU, and you do not represent the entire user base.
So turn off the feature and be done with it.
You can't turn it off. Plex has a sleep timer the user can enable like Audible and such have as well.

Sorry, and yes I know Plex has the feature. It's irrelevant because so does Netflix.
That never got rid of the thing for me and no, Netflix does not have a sleep timer. They abandoned the feature years ago. Besides: why the heck are you aggressively defending fucking Netflix against a slightly snarky remark from some bloke on the Internet? What has Netflix ever done to deserve the energy you are investing to defend them?
