On Contradiction is really good for the philosophical side and Socialism: Utopian and Scientific is good for differentiating dialectical materialism from idealism historically. I'd also add the Dialectics of Nature to the Marx/Engels mix: https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1883/don/index.htm
That's where you'll get the most practical value/experience with dialectics. Philosophically it's very abstract, but in the sciences it's just everything around us.
