I'm sorry, but that is very clearly a style of cheesecake. You can't just call something "salad" when you want to eat cheesecake...
Why not?
Because it's cheating. What stops me from tossing together bacon and cheese sticks and calling that a low carb keto salad? No, really, someone should stop me from doing that, I'm in my 40s now...
Nothing is stopping you but yourself. I just had some ice cream salad with Oreo croutons, it tasted healthy.
