After a gym session today I can definitely say eating healthy has made a really big difference.

It's like night and day. Despite the fact that I'm already sick of chicken and vegetables every dinner, it's worth it.

Can you prep 2 small batches of different things (2 meat, 2 veg) then mix and match them and use different sauces?

That's actually a good idea. I've done this chicken and veg thing before for about a year, but it's painful.
