You don't have to hand it to fucking Kissinger, he's a mixed bag on this (apparently, an self-hating jew), let me give 2 quotes from him:

The emigration of Jews from the Soviet Union is not an objective of American foreign policy, and if they put Jews into gas chambers in the Soviet Union, it is not an American concern. Maybe a humanitarian concern (NY times) (obviously, the USSR did not)

That being said, he still cared for preserving Zionism, so think about it for a sec... this is merely a case of (not to be anti-semitic) an asshole 'ubermensch' knowing more about more bloodthirsty "ubermenschen"...
