What the mermaid didn't tell her is that they also work, get stressed, sad, depressed, cry, sleep, wake, and repeat. The only difference is that they do it while naked^TM^. It's not like clothes are the cause of all our problems. We too can be naked all day if we choose.
At least most things are better when you're naked
