I never think of police when I hear first responders. Feels like people use it in the context of saving lives so it's usually firefighters and medics. And since the word has a positive connotation I am even less likely to think of cops when I hear it.
Okay, I'm pretty damn anti police in the broad sense that we need massive reform of the entire idea.
But is this really the thread for this? Maybe you came via an "all" feed, but can we maybe have one little corner where a community named wholesome actually stays positive and friendly without the goodly bullshit?
C'mon dude. Just leave it at the door, okay.
