It's Metal Gear, so yeah, it's political, but Peace Walker is the only one you're teamed up with historical Good Guys and that feels pretty cool. I like the gameplay a lot as well, knowing it was a psp game the quick missions off a list thing worked great and I certainly prefer it to phantom pain trying to do both that and an open world at the same time and not really nailing either. The levels are tight and aside from no crawling for whatever reason, plays great. Some of the boss fights, especially the optional harder fight missions were clearly built for co-op and are tedious solo. Playing the mgs2 VR missions and S ranking them all is one of my favorite pick up and play arcadey game choices and Peace Walker is basically thst for a full game. Very tight stealth setpieces that I really felt the open world approach really hurt with phantom pain. Ground Zeroes was dope too. V just...didn't execute in so many ways , it needed to either cut back it's scope and/or have like 2 more years in the oven.
