All (one of each), but most are (female) Norn followed by (male) Charr. Finding good looking (other than heavy) armor for Charr is actually quite difficult. My Charr Ranger is wearing an almost complete set of Accursed Armor which imho is one of the few medium armor sets that works on Charr.
