MOSCOW, April 4 (Reuters) - Russia and NATO are now in "direct confrontation", the Kremlin said as the U.S.-led alliance marked its 75th anniversary on Thursday.

How does that work when NATO, by its own charter, can't/won't do anytning unless attacked or under threat of imminent attack? To avoid confrontation with NATO is quite simple.
