I actually don't know! I haven't taken it on a bug mission before.

I also dunno if the laser cannon take out shrieker nests, but it can slice the wings of shriekers almost instantly so you can vaporize an entire wave of them very quickly.

Nice I might have to give the laser cannon another look. I hate those flying bastards. I usually run the Incendiary Breaker for bug missions, and the range isn't enough to be effective against them.
