Oof. Regretting that impulse buy
I guess Star Trek is 'ok' for like 1-3 playthroughs, but it's not even a rough gem like Imperator Rome in my opinion. Imperator Rome was abandoned but left in a pretty decent spot by Paradox. (Especially with mods, Imperator Rome is a legit solid game.) If you are interested in Imperator Rome, try the Imperator: Invictus mod (the best mod for the game and still in active development).
Star Trek Infinite, on the other hand, has little to no polish and little work beyond the 1.0 version.
