That makes sense. He literally waters his grass and bushes even when the ground is soaked.
could be working on hydrophobic soil. Or he could just be an idiot.
His soil is the same as mine as we share the front lawn. In summer my grass gets fairly yellow, his stays green. By May, there is no difference in how they look after some autumn rains.
