There's definitely plenty of evidence of conspiracy theory as a method of social destabilization. And there's evidence that the CIA uses every tool to destabilize enemy states and organizations.
But you run into some contradictions when you try to blindly assert that any given conspiracy is a CIA conspiracy.
If nothing else, you've got to account for the FBI
Oh I never claim any particular conspiracy theory is invented / pushed by the CIA, I just assume a sizeable subset are
