As shitty as it is, this country 1. Isn't designed in such a way that would allow a third-party candidate a genuine chance of winning and 2. Has too many centrists that will vote for Biden regardless. Trump has repeatedly garnered heavy support in Republican polls, so they're pretty much almost all in on him. Splitting the blue vote between Biden and whoever else will only lead to a Trump victory after which we might not even be ABLE to vote in 2028.

What would we have him do? Best case scenario would be rounding up the various politicians and organizations pushing anti-trans legislation. Round up the transphobes, shoot them all in the head, then dump their bodies in an unknown ditch so their graves don't become a monument. Then make it clear that's the fate of anyone trying to deny us healthcare or the right to exist.
If that's too frightening for you, there's plenty he can do within the framework of stupid liberal bureaucracy. Stack the supreme court with 10 explicitly pro-queer justices. Fast track labor union applications under the NLRB. Get the Attorney General's office to open more clinics for trans healthcare.
How about this? Threaten to deny federal funding to any states that pass anti-trans legislation. That's well within the president's power. Threaten to cut off money for federal highways. Threaten to cut off farmers' subsidies. He could even try citing the commerce clause saying anti-trans legislation in one state hampers interstate trade. How do I know he could do that? Because that's how racial segregation got declared illegal, through the same route.
In reality though, the best possible thing Biden could do for trans people is dismantle the US government and then promptly die
Literally anything.
Make them a protected class.
Make it a hate crime when people do violence to them based on their identity.
Address the issue and say it's a bad thing.
Call out the rising tide of fascism and how they're trying to use transgender people as a scapegoat in the exact same way nazis used jews as the cause of all of society problems.

He could make enclaves of trans healthcare providers on federal land. There’s no realistic reason he couldn’t circumvent state bans on care this way.
He could do the same thing with abortions.
