There needs to be a remake of the tv series Designated Survivor based on that.
I remember that show, I think Kiefer Sutherland was the interim president because everyone died because some rich right-winger wanted to do the Business Plot. Also there was a South Korea remake where iirc the South Korean Army was behind the entire thing or something like that.
Haha yeah that's the one. He was the HUD Secretary or something, and the State of the Union got blowed up. So he's just some unelected nerd university professor a dozen steps down on the line of succession that gets bumped up to President when they all get what they deserved.
