Yea probably something else. Not sure how to pin point the sound source ? Please give me ideas if you guys have any . thanks

Heres a couple thoughts,

  1. Double check you don't have some gas bottles left on the outside of the house. They might still be connected, and i don't know the pressure in the pipe could be causing some 'ticking'.

  2. Its Derren the Dog, tapping out a morse code SOS along the copper piping hoping someone at the outlet will hear. He's been kidnapped by Rattus again, and he's locked under the house.
