Ranged Touch did a playthrough/discussion on their Mages and Murderdads series. They're mostly focused on the CRPG aspects of it (since before they played BG 1&2, Planescape: Torment, and Torment: Tides of Numenera), but I think Cameron Kunzelman is generally interesting to listen to. It's also available as a podcast if that medium is more convenient for you.

I can't quite remember either. They at least liked it enough to play the whole game (instead of dropping it - like with Tides of Numenera).
