I see full potatoes, ok, wait, with eyes growing? Umm. Green sprouting potatoes are toxic, especially the eye part, right?
Toxic but more like a tummy ache toxic unless you are a child or bug (afaik). It's kinda like how Tomatoes have toxins in their stem and leaves and a tiny bit in their fruit but it's ok.
Unfortunately, more toxic than that. Green potatoes contain high amounts of solanine,; its toxic. I can't eat potatoes because I've had solanine poisoning from eating green potatoes and now any amount of potato skin triggers hives.
