Isn't it more of a conviction than an allegation?
He never got convicted of human trafficking, just fraud for lying on immigration forms, and he only did like a year and half for it. But what the company he was working for did was human trafficking, groups that study human trafficking literally site it as a case study on corporate human trafficking.
