I can't even begin to imagine what's going on here, but I know there were some declassified recordings and we know that:

Uch.”Also I'm pretty sure at some point Nixon and Kissinger (of course) tried to get China to pressure India over the Indo-Pakistan war.

That analysis would explain the wooging Nixon though
