The article says it’s a hard case because the pictures are available elsewhere on social media.
So their legal argument is that you can spread revenge porn as long as someone already did? Seems like that would defeat the entire point
Yeah, no kidding.
Also, it’s tough if they are “high-profile”? Does that mean Hunter wouldn’t want to press charges or that high-profile people are fair game?
