Idk it seems like a very uncharitable way to interpret what she said. I get she's not a real leftist and she's got wrong ideas, but she's not actively trying to hurt people. Non-antagonistic contra-dictions

people gave fairly detailed and even academic criticism on why her conception of gender excluded NBs and her response was shitty. I think people are more offended by the response than the actual video that started it all.

I'm guessing from her perspective, she received both reasonable criticism and personal attacks. Her response probably came from the perspective of seeing both. Personally I tend to fixate on negative reactions and react accordingly.

I guess, but she's quadrupled down on it and inviting buck angel on drove a lot of trans people away, aa a last straw.
