Feeling a bit down about work today. It's the end of a very stressful week and I hate that every question I've been asked this morning I've had to do a "gimmie a minute to find the answer" instead of knowing off the top of my head.
Okay, typing it out makes it sound silly, but it's just a crappy feeling. I have too much responsibility, anxiety and a heaving dose of imposter syndrome this week.
Alright, i'm gonna say what you know but might need to hear: Nup. If they trust you enough to give you all the responsibility they wouldn't do it if you were an idiot or not up to the task. Companies are dumb, but they wont expose themselves to THAT level or risk.
Deep breath, take a moment, get a coffee or a tea, spend 30 seconds in some fresh air and sun shine and you'll feel heaps better I promise.
Gimme a minute to find the answer. No. I'll get back to you is the correct response.
