I'm new so not sure if I'm in the wrong place.
Every place is the wrong place to ask this question.
Putting a label or asking a community to reveal their manifesto is not a good look or how conversations should be started.
The correct thing to do is participate in communities you seem to like and if you find out that you don't agree with that community on one or more fronts, then by all means, please create a new instance and/or community on your own and run it according to your preferences. This is the intended purpose of the fediverse: If you don't like it, do it better by yourself.
I wish to hear all opinions in here by all kinds of people.

This is completely wrong. If there's more discussion for a product like the Steam Deck vs the Nintendo Switch despite the staggering difference in the size of the install base than that community is BROKEN
Are you trolling?
I mean I guess Lemmy is deeply rooted in the open source community so I believe that people here tend to have more interest in the steam deck because it's an open system running on linux so there is a huge overlap in the communities.
Also why do you believe that reddit is anti nintendo? The nintendo switch sub alone has almost 5 Millions subscribers and is in the top100 sub reddits.
