Chat does this by being a long-form community where topics will remain from day to day unlike the megathread, and it is distinct from c/chapotraphouse in that we ask you to engage in this community in a genuine way. Please keep shitposting, bits, and irony to a minimum.
As with all communities posts need to abide by the code of conduct, additionally moderators will remove any posts or comments deemed to be inappropriate.

I tried psyllium husk/metamucil recently and I might stick with it. clean pinch every time is that tempting
Also not going to reddit to look at it but the stopeatingseedoils people are, I think, adjacent to some "functional medicine" scam BS that's taken one of my family members in so idk... Maybe there's some truth to it but lets just say I'm skeptical.
I will say, and this comes from someone who isn't even vegan (well, I guess you could argue I'm just a very bad inconsistent vegan, I do try): If you wouldn't kill the animal and prepare it yourself, but you are willing to just not think about it and let the even-more-horrifying meat industry slaughterhouses and processing plants do it for you with child labor, you're being a coward and should endeavor to have the courage of your convictions. You may need to adjust what you are eating to get more nutrients, but its definitely untrue that you can't get them without meat
