Uhhh ... Chutes and Ladders is not at all "based on math." It's kind of specifically not based on math, but on colors, so that very young kids can play it.
The underlying game has some math in its design but nothing anyone playing would notice. It's mostly just a board game made to teach some religious principles then got a rebrand. The most math it has for the player is counting so it might have a leg up on candyland.
The ones that have a good amount of math probably wouldn't be fun for most or have too many rules. Most would probably be better off with math blasters or just doing their homework.
Dammit I did get it confused with Candyland, didn't I?
