Bullshit. They just wanted an excuse to shoot a random Black person. Wouldn’t be surprised if the attempted murder was a gang initiation. Police gangs are very much a real thing.
In the bodycam footage, both officers have the body language of people who are absolutely terrified before they even make it up the stairs to knock

It's truly absurd, and it's very plain how poorly trained and prepared the officers are beyond the entire context of doing a murder for no reason
apparently the police so comically evil here in america that they can't hire people who would actually be competent at the job lol
They were female cops. Not saying they’re any better or less of a psychopathic racist, but police gangs are usually male and female cops report violence or harassment from male colleagues, but they never open their eyes. They just want it to reform to be violent to civilians without internal misogyny. They’re still part of the overall thin blue line, but not the internal gangs

Cops definitely do that shit in general, but from the footage it looks like they were jumpy as hell and mag-dumped at the first sign of movement. Not that it makes it any better for the victim
